露出癖（エキシビジョニズム）とは？
露出癖（エキシビジョニズム）は、心理的な障害の一種であると考えられています。正式には「露出症」とも呼ばれ、DSM-5（精神疾患の診断と統計マニュアル）などで分類されているパラフィリア（性的嗜好障害）の一つです。この障害は、自分の身体を他人に無断で見せることに強い興奮を感じる行為が反復的に起こる特徴があります。
露出症は、通常、強制的な行為であり、他人に不快感を与えることがあります。このため、法的な問題に発展することも少なくありません。また、個人にとっても強い恥や罪悪感を感じることが多く、日常生活や社会的な関係に悪影響を与えることがあります。
露出癖のような行動は治療が可能であり、認知行動療法やカウンセリング、場合によっては薬物療法が用いられることがあります。
